We are not an immobilier or Estate Agent; and we can search across multiple sources for available properties that meet your requirements, just prior to your visit. This helps to ensure that your time here is used as effectively as possible.

And if we introduce you to your ideal home, then our service continues by providing the experience and hand-holding to ensure that the negotiation and completion of the sale through the French system for buying property in Brittany is as stressfree for you as it could be. We are in France, speaking your language and representing your views, whether you are here in France or have returned to the UK.

We can assist with arranging property insurance and ensuring that utilities are connected ready for when you become the owner of your new property.

If required, we can introduce you to builders, plumbers and electricians and help with setting up a French bank account.

The property prices quoted throughout the website include our service fee and the Notaire's (Solicitor's) fee. We believe that you would prefer to be advised of the total price of ownership at the outset.
